The Skoda Scala is a rather no-nonsense car. Now a tuner tickles more performance from the golf competitor.
Skoda has the Scala refined by Allgäu tuner Abt. The manually switched 1,5-liter petrol engine of the “Edition S” special model has 140 kW / 190 PS and 290 Nm thanks to chip tuning. A sports chassis and sports tires on 18-inch rims should convert the performance into driving dynamics. There are also rear and roof edge spoilers and a diffuser element at the rear. The five-door hatchback, limited to 500 units, can be ordered from Skoda dealers at prices from 33.800 euros. The manufacturer specifies the customer advantage over the comparable production model at 2.150 euros.
