BRABUS Black Ops 800 and BRABUS Shadow 800

In the north on Sylt and at the same time in the south, in the Principality of Monaco, the tuner BRABUS presents two G63 AMG from Mercedes tuned as a widebody version. The BRABUS Black Ops 800 will be shown on the North Sea and the BRABUS Shadow 800 in the south.

In keeping with its name, the body of the BRABUS Black Ops 800 is painted glossy black. On the exterior, subtle, red-painted elements on the body and wheels are used. In addition, the black painted brake calipers are given red lettering from the tuner from Bottrop.

The look of the limited SUV is characterized by its wide version. It not only gives the current G model a spectacular look. It also makes this exclusive off-road vehicle ten centimeters wider. In addition to the widening, this body conversion also includes new aprons at the front and rear. These give the special model an even more dynamic design.

The extensions and aprons of this body conversion create space for the forged alloy wheels in king size format 11Jx23. These wheels in the cross-spoke design are also painted high-gloss black to match the type designation.

Refined interior in the BRABUS Black Ops 800

In the cockpit of the luxury SUV, it's not just the "BRABUS Black Ops 800 1 of 10" badge on the handle on the passenger side that catches the eye. In a subtle contrast to the black outer skin, dark gray leather dominates the interior. This is combined with black elements and red decorative seams and tucks.

Embossed BRABUS logos on the black horizontal stripes of the seats are just as much a part of this as the seat center panels that are perforated with millimeter precision. With a red background, they are another unusual accent in the interior.

Can performance be a sin?

But the BRABUS Black Ops 800 special model not only impresses with its exciting looks and exclusive equipment, but also with its pure high performance. The four-liter eight-cylinder biturbo engine with two high-performance turbochargers produces a peak output of 588 kW / 800 hp at 6.600 rpm. At the same time, the maximum torque increases by 150 Nm. 3.600 Nm of torque are available at just 1.000 crankshaft revolutions.

[dropcap size=big]240[/dropcap]From a standing start, the BRABUS SUV catapults itself to 4,1 km/h in just 100 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 240 km/h.

The stainless steel sports exhaust system, which is also an eye-catcher on the special model with two black chrome-plated tailpipes in sidepipe design on each side of the vehicle, offers electronically controlled sound management with either a discreet "Coming Home" mode or a decidedly sporty V8 sound thanks to integrated valve control.

At this year's Monaco Top Brands the BRABUS Shadow 800 was shown to the interested public. The new luxury SUV has a special gunmetal gray paint finish. In contrast, important WIDESTAR components such as the fender flares and the aprons at the front and rear are finished in glossy black.

Other important design elements on the BRABUS Shadow 800 are the visible carbon elements such as the radiator grille frame, the hood attachment and the Power Beams LED auxiliary headlight attachment on the roof. At the rear there are further carbon elements such as the side parts of the roof wing and the middle part of the spare wheel cover with the BRABUS logo.

The mighty look of the Shadow 800 is also decisively characterized by the 23-inch, glossy black forged wheels with 305/35 R 23 tires.

Individual extravagance is captivating in the interior: the exclusive leather interior is an attractive combination of black, light gray and red leather. Embossed lettering documents the noble lineage, as do the red embroidered BRABUS logos on the headrests.
