The Cinquecento celebrates its 2017sten birthday in July 60. That takes Fiat as an occasion to launch 500C, a limited edition special edition 560th Anniversary limited to 60 copies for European, Middle Eastern and African markets. Online you can already secure a copy, but prices are not there yet. The delivery is already on 4. July.
Like the original 500, the anniversary edition has a variable fabric roof. Other exterior identifying features include 16-inch alloy wheels and a two-tone paint finish. While the lower vehicle body is white, emphasized by a double dividing line, from the shoulder line upwards a beige painted body area stands out.
Inside, Fiat mixes modern elements with retro details. The instrument cluster is a modern color display. In addition, there is a large touchscreen in the middle of the dashboard for the optional navigation infotainment system. The large decorative panel in the dashboard is covered with red vinyl. In contrast, many elements are ivory in color, such as the leather steering wheel, the leather shift knob, the leather seats or the shift gate of the automatic climate control. Special aluminum door sills, floor mats and a small Aluplakette numbered in the center console round off the special trim.
When driving Fiat gives the customer the choice of three petrol engines. In addition to the basic gasoline engine 1.2 8V with 51 kW / 69 PS, there is still the twin-cylinder Twinair in the power levels 63 kW / 85 PS or 77 kW / 105 PS. (Mario Hommen / SP-X)
