The Mazda CX-5 now changes its character at the push of a button. And a few more details will also change at the turn of the year.
Visually refreshed and technically slightly upgraded, the Mazda CX-5 enters the new model year. The 2022 variant can be recognized, among other things, by the new radiator grille and changed lights at the front and rear. In addition to an inductive charging cradle, some variants now have a driving mode switch in the cockpit that, among other things, controls the switching strategy of the Automatic transmission changes. The traffic jam assistant and matrix LED light have been revised, and Mazda also promises a reduction in road noise.
Prices of the Mazda CX-5 are not yet revealed
The engine range of two petrol engines with 121 kW / 165 PS and 143 kW / 195 PS as well as two 110 kW / 150 PS and 135 kW / 184 PS strong diesels remains unchanged. The latter has all-wheel drive as standard, with the other variants this is available on request. Mazda does not name prices, the compact SUV currently starts at 27.700 euros. However, because the Japanese are reorganizing the equipment lines, the starting amount could change significantly. Delivery will begin next year.
