To celebrate its tenth anniversary in Germany, the Renault subsidiary Dacia five special models in April. The “Celebration” edition is available in each of the five series. It offers, among other things, air conditioning, MP3 radio with USB and jack connection as well as cruise control, leather steering wheel and a center armrest. A multimedia navigation system with cell phone integration is optionally available. The small car Sandero costs as a special model from 9.790 euros (55 kW / 75 hp), the compact combi Logan MCV 10.790 euros (55 kW / 75 hp), the SUV Duster is available from 13.990 euros (77 kW / 105 hp). The prices for the Van Lodgy and the high roof combo Dokker are 12.390 euros (61 kW / 83 hp) and 11.790 euros 61 kW / 83 hp, respectively.
Dacia started in mid-2005 with the Logan compact car, at that time for an unbeatably low 7.200 euros. Initially laughed at, the Romanian brand with its low prices established itself on the German market in the crisis year 2008 at the latest. Most recently, the Renault subsidiary sold almost 49.000 vehicles in Germany and had a market share of 1,6 percent.
