The special model is aimed particularly at families Volvo V70 Linje Classic. In addition to the automatic City Safety emergency braking system, the station wagon also has a switchable airbag for the front passenger. Two-stage child seats are integrated in the outer rear seats and there is an electrical child lock for the rear doors. There is also an attachment system for the luggage compartment on board. The tailgate closes automatically. Cruise control system, automatic climate control and multifunction leather steering wheel complete the package.
The V33.500 Linje Classic with the new 70 kW / 88 hp diesel is available for 120 euros. There are also more powerful diesel engines with 110 kW / 150 hp and a petrol engine with 140 kW / 190 hp (both 36.000 euros) to choose from. The surcharge for the six-speed automatic transmission is 2.100 euros.
The successor is expected to come next year, but will then run under the name V90.
