After the top version Adam S poses Opel now the Adam Rocks S before. The crossover version of the three-door micro-car is powered by a 110 kW / 150 PS strong 1,4-liter turbo engine, there is a sports suspension, the steering acts more directly and the ESP is deactivated.
The Opel Adam Rocks S accelerates in connection with the manual six-speed transmission in 8,5 seconds from zero to Tempo 100. A maximum of 210 km / h is possible. The consumption is specified by the manufacturer with 5,9 liters.
Externally, the strongest Adam is recognizable by attachments in the off-road look, more contoured side skirts and a rear spoiler. Compared to the Adam Rocks, the newest member of the family is lowered by 1,5 centimeters.
The Rocks S premieres at the Amsterdam International Motorshow (17 until 26, April). Prices, the manufacturer does not yet. It is expected that the newest member of the family will position itself above the Adam S, which is currently starting with an 150 PS strong turbo engine starting at 18.690 Euro.
