Even more luxury, but also more utility: with the Range Rover SVAutobiography launches Land Rover launches a new top version of the flagship. The Nobel SUV, which is available as a normal and long version, is stronger and more luxurious than the previous most expensive equipment, but also has new, practical details on board.
For example, two fold-out leather seats on the lower part of the two-part tailgate. The optional "Event Seats" - two classy folding chairs, so to speak, for a break when hunting or at the tournament - are usually stowed in the trunk. Or the pull-out trunk floor, which is available on request and is designed to simplify loading and unloading.
The refinement department “Special Vehicle Operations” has already provided exclusive solutions: For example, the rear passengers can expect a refrigerator compartment and electrically extendable tables. Aluminum details embellish the interior, a two-tone body paint - black on top, one of nine colors of your choice below - and a new radiator grille illustrate the top equipment line.
The British have further strengthened the well-known 5,0 liter V8 compressor for the new top version: with 405 kW / 550 PS and 680 Nm torque, the unit delivers 40 PS and 55 Nm more than before. The drive power is delivered to all four wheels via the eight-speed automatic. In addition to the V8, other engines can be combined with the new, highest equipment line.
The new version celebrates its premiere at the New York Auto Show (April 3 to 12). Nothing is known about the prices yet. The currently highest equipment line Autobiography Black already costs at least 8 euros with the slightly weaker V168.110 compressor.
