Since 2009, ŠKODA has been offering the combi version for its top ŠKODA Superb model range. To date, ŠKODA has delivered more than 200.000 ŠKODA Superb Combi to customers worldwide. This corresponds to around 35 percent of all ŠKODA Superb sold in the period from 2009 to the present day.
The new ŠKODA Superb Combi offers the best space of its segment. On the MQB basis, the wheelbase is extended by 80 mm to 2.841 mm, while the track width increases to 1.584 mm at the front and 1.572 mm at the rear. The result: even more space in the interior. In the new edition, the driver and front passenger have 39 mm more elbow width than before. The headroom is 995 mm in the front and 1.001 mm in the rear - more than in any other model in the segment. There is 157 mm of knee room at the rear - around twice as much as the next best competitor. The elbow width increases here by 70 mm. The luggage compartment volume also sets a new record: 660 liters mean an increase of 27 liters compared to the previous model. With the rear seats folded down, the space giant even has a trunk volume of 1.950 liters. The ŠKODA Superb Combi thus achieves values that are otherwise only achieved in the upper middle class.
This makes a strong exclamation mark new, exciting design of the new ŠKODA Superb Combi. The model is so passionate, modern and emotional as never before. Thanks to new EU 6 engines, the new edition is more powerful and at the same time up to 30 percent more economical than the previous model. Connectivity has achieved a new level of quality: the latest generation of infotainment systems automatically connect to all common smartphones via SmartLink (standards MirrorLinkTM, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto). The optional high-speed Internet access turns the new Superb Combi into a ŠKODA hotspot on wheels.
In September, the new ŠKODA Superb Combi celebrates its premiere at the 66th International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The new model entered the first markets in the same month.
