Around 3.300 people work at Ferrari. Many of the movements in the place of worship of the Cavallino Rampantes are now carried out by robots. 2017 was the most successful year for Ferrari. 8.398 sports cars were sold.

In the modern production facility of the Italian sports car manufacturer, it is easy to see how the body, chassis, windows and engines are assembled. According to that manager magazine Ferrari was the most profitable automaker in the first half of 2018. The operating profit was around 69.000 euros per sports car sold.

As with many other manufacturers, the assembly of a Ferrari is a precisely timed production process. From casting the aluminum engine blocks, to priming and then painting the body, to final assembly and quality control.

Tidy workplaces that are almost reminiscent of the operating room in a clinic. The street names on the factory premises also sound very interesting.
