The most powerful version of the Audi RS6 C7 available ex works delivers 605 hp and clearly tops the basic model in terms of performance. But it can be done much better, as the tuner ABT shows with its new Lord of the Rings. “The result is called the ABT RS6+ and is only produced 50 times as an exclusive complete vehicle. This is indicated by a numbered plaque in every vehicle,” says CEO Hans-Jürgen Abt proudly of his latest project.
The heart of the ambitious project is the increase in performance, in which the specially developed control unit ABT Power S is used. The calculation works, because the performance of the sports station wagon has been increased to 705 hp / 519 kW and 880 Nm of torque.
As a further highlight, ABT is showing another premiere on the RS6+: the new light alloy wheel GR, which can be seen on the vehicle in 22 inches. You can order the rim in the color variants "glossy black" or "matt black" - each combined with different diamond-machined areas. Alternatively, the RS6+ can also be configured with other rim designs.

Of course, all light-alloy wheels harmonize perfectly with the dark carbon fiber look of the new add-on parts. Front lip, front apron attachments, mirror caps, side skirts and rear apron attachments as well as the rear spoiler are made of visible carbon. In addition, there are also wheel housing ventilation, after all, you are only too happy to drive a "hot tire" with this bullet.
Anyone who only gets to see the ABT RS6+ from behind will see attractive carbon twin tailpipe trims at the rear. These are the visual icing on the cake of an exhaust system that really packs a punch. Because in addition to its specially developed control unit, the tuner also relies on a complete stainless steel exhaust system with down pipe and sports catalytic converters for the increase in performance.
For all car fans, the VW and Audi refiner is also bringing extensive leather and carbon equipment from its Individual program to Geneva. The RS6+, which is as elegant as it is sporty, also sets standards in this chapter.
The scope of delivery also includes dashboard and seat panels made of carbon fiber as well as a steering wheel design made of carbon and leather. Other cool gimmicks are a shift knob badge, floor mats with the RS6+ logo, a matching trunk mat and the door entry lighting, which casually projects the RS6+ logo onto the floor.
The wolf in sheep's clothing becomes a limited special model and shows the sporty genes it has in terms of performance and appearance. The number one of the ABT Audi RS6+ will be on display at the Geneva Motor Show 2017.
