Germany's best-selling SUV VW Tiguan is now available from the dealer at a slightly higher starting price of 25.975 euros. In the basic version, the Hochbeiner is powered by a 92 kW / 125 PS four-cylinder petrol engine via the front wheels, the power is distributed via a six-speed manual transmission. Air conditioning, lane keeping assistant, speed-dependent power steering and city emergency braking assistant with pedestrian detection are always on board.
The second edition of the VW Tiguan grew twice: on the one hand in terms of dimensions and space, and on the other in terms of visual presence. The rear passengers are happy about three centimeters more legroom, the trunk increases to 520 liters. For example, for a surcharge, there is a traffic jam assistant that takes over steering and braking in slow-moving traffic, the virtual cockpit already known from the Passat mid-range model, in which a TFT monitor replaces the conventional analogue clock collection, or environmental monitoring by camera, which also works for Off-road driving is helpful. The optional Haldex all-wheel drive including electronic differential lock makes it easier to get there.
