It is noteworthy that the ADAM was not only developed in Germany - in the International Technical Development Center (ITEZ) in Rüsselsheim - but is also the only lifestyle mini to be produced entirely in Germany. Opel invested 190 million euros to make the Eisenach site fit for the ADAM. This includes new buildings as well as state-of-the-art production facilities. So one can assume that Eisenach will be in operation longer than Bochum.
