Digitization is advancing and car manufacturers are also opening up new business areas. Audi is now expanding its online rental program.
Since mid-May, Audi customers have been able to rent a vehicle digitally for a longer period instead of buying it. The rental period is designed for four to twelve months; Mileage and insurance conditions such as deductibles are determined individually. The price includes costs for insurance, taxes, maintenance and GEZ. The vehicles are delivered directly to the customers. Up to now, Audi only offered short-term rentals of up to 28 days. The Ingolstadt-based company also offers the option of ordering equipment details such as matrix light retrospectively or as an update for a certain period of time.
