With the Porsche 9FF GT9R there is also another German model with a top speed of over 400 km/h. The 9FF GT9R offers 1.120 hp and goes from 3,0 to 0 km/h in 100 seconds.
The fastest super sports cars in the world – including older models
Incidentally, not only new models reach over 400 km/h, but also various older cars. For example, the 1989 Callaway Corvette Sledgehammer, which reaches 407,6 km/h – with 880 hp and 1.047 Nm of torque. The Corvette goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 3,9 seconds.
The Lotec Sirius from 2001, which manages exactly 400 km/h – it takes 0 seconds to go from 100 to 3,8 km/h are also a bit older. Last but not least, the 2004 Ford Shelby GT, which reaches 415 km/h Vmax. Unfortunately, the concept never made it into retail.
Conclusion: There are some vehicles that reach at least 400 km/h at top speed. If you want to buy one, you have to dig deep into your pocket. The prices can even easily exceed one million euros.
