So far, Hyundai's e-models have lacked a connectivity app. Now the Koreans deliver the software, which is also to help the users of conventional cars.
Hyundai launches its own networking app for its car models. The "Blue Link" called smartphone software offers functions such as the remote access to vehicle data on range and position, allows navigation programming from home and serves as an e-call system. It also integrates speech recognition into the infotainment system. For electric cars, it is also possible to pre-heat or cool the parked vehicle. Starting this summer, the app will be available for the compact Ioniq compact car and from autumn for the fuel cell SUV Nexo. Further series follow.
