The Lexus GS is now also available with a small turbo gasoline engine. The 2,0-liter four-cylinder engine delivers 245 hp and a torque of 350 Nm. An eight-speed automatic transmission ensures the power is transmitted to the rear wheels. The manufacturer states the consumption of the business limousine at 7,9 liters per 100 kilometers. With a price of 46.150 euros, the new variant is around 1.000 euros cheaper than the previous entry-level model with hybrid drive based on a four-cylinder petrol engine (164 kW / 223 hp). In addition, the Mercedes E-Class competitor is also available with a V6 hybrid drive (254 kW / 345 hp) and a 351 kW / 477 hp V8 gasoline engine. (Holger Holzer / SP-X)
