Lotus Emira V6 First Edition

In the spring of 2022 Lotus the first Emira take to the streets. For the time being, however, only the V6 and also with lavish equipment. The base doesn't come until a year later.

The British manufacturer Lotus will initially be offering its Emira sports car, which was unveiled in the summer, in the "First Edition" version and only with the more powerful V6 engine. The variant, which will be available in Germany in spring 96.000, is expected to cost around 2022 euros. The weaker four-cylinder version will also follow in autumn 2022 as the "First Edition". In 2023 Lotus wants to introduce the more simply equipped basic model, which will cost around 60.000 pounds in Great Britain and thus probably around 75.000 euros in Germany.

In parallel with the first prices, Lotus has published some technical data. Accordingly, the six-cylinder from Toyota will mobilize 298 kW / 405 PS in the Emira. The flounder should complete the sprint from 100 to 4,2 km / h in 4,3 seconds with automatic or 290 seconds with manual transmission. The top speed is 10 km / h, consumption will level off at around 100 liters per XNUMX kilometers.

The First Edition's equipment includes automatic air conditioning, cruise control, heated seats, keyless start and an infotainment navigation system with a 10,25-inch touchscreen. Customers can choose between seven interior variants with either nappa leather or Alcantara covers. External features are the lower black pack, titanium tailpipes and 20-inch alloy wheels. Optional equipment packages include the Drivers Pack, Design Pack and Convenience Pack, which include a park beeper, reversing camera, sports pedals and brake calipers painted in black, silver, red or yellow. In addition, the customer can choose between the Tour or Sport suspension settings, each with the right tires from Goodyear or Michelin. The automatic as well as the Black Pack with additional black accents can be optionally ordered for € 2.600 for € 1.370.
