Has been delivering for decades Aston Martin again and again the company car for the most famous secret agent in the world. The spectacular car from the latest James Bond film “Specter” has now been auctioned for a good cause - for the highest bid of around £ 2,4m, equivalent to € 3,1m.
At Christie's auction house in London, the interested parties had a bidding contest. The tenderer's identity was not revealed. The money goes to the non-profit organization “Doctors Without Borders”.
The spectacular car is virtually a one-off: a total of ten DB10s were handmade. Eight of them were used in the shooting, two served as show cars for advertising purposes - the one sold is one of them. According to Aston Martin, the DB10 sold is the only one that has been and will be available for sale.
