The risen automaker Borgward presents its second model at the Geneva Motor Show (March 3-13): The SUV BX5 is to come to Germany with front-wheel and all-wheel drive from 2017, reports the latest issue of "Auto Bild". The German-Chinese manufacturer wants to offer the five-seater exclusively with an electric motor or as a plug-in hybrid.
According to the report, the front design is reminiscent of the mid-range BX7 SUV that Borgward had shown at the IAA in September as the first model since the comeback became known. The BX7 is expected to be on the road in China later this year. Next year you should be able to buy both models in Germany.
