Brabus shows at the International Motor Show IAA in Frankfurt (September 17-27) in addition to the refined Mercedes-AMG GT S and the G-Class, a special model of the G 500 4 × 4². In addition to a high-performance sprayer, the over-all-terrain vehicle received a special paint job and various body inks from the Bottrop-based refiner. Its 310 liter eight-cylinder engine, which already has an output of 422 kW / 4,0 hp, now has 368 kW / 500 hp. The desert toy for super-rich accelerates to 6,9 km / h in 100 seconds. Because of the off-road tires, the vehicle is electronically locked from 210 km / h.
Based on the Mercedes-AMG G 63, Brabus has developed the 2.550 850 6.0 Biturbo Widestar 625, which thanks to its powerful 850 kW / 4,0 powerful eight-cylinder engine runs in 100 seconds on Tempo 260. For the G-Class, the tuner has made a displacement increase. In addition, among other things, a special intake module has been developed. The SUV can get up to XNUMX km / h fast. More does not work out of consideration for the tires.
The tuner brings not only large and heavy gun to the IAA, but with the refined Mercedes-AMG GT S also a fast sports car. With a power increase from 375 kW / 510 horsepower to 441 kW / 600 horsepower and a maximum torque of 750 Newton meters, the two-seater becomes 325 km / h fast. The sports car sprints in 3,6 seconds on Tempo 100. The maximum speed increases by 15 km / h.
