Ford has made the fuel-saving version of the Fiesta even more frugal. In the small car, a 1,5-liter diesel with 70 kW / 95 hp now replaces the previously offered 1,6-liter engine with the same output. As a result, the standard consumption drops from 3,3 to 3,2 liters. The Spar Fiesta with new diesel, five-speed gearshift and start-stop system starts at 16.795 euros. Alternatively, a non-consumption-optimized variant of the four-cylinder is available for 15.995 euros; there the standard consumption is 3,6 liters.
In addition, Ford has rearranged the equipment lines of the small car built in Cologne. The popular “Trend” version now comes with LED daytime running lights and a leather steering wheel. The price list starts unchanged at 12.500 euros for the variant with the 44 kW / 60 hp petrol engine. The manufacturer gives the customer advantage over the previous model with 300 euros.
