The Munich-based US car specialists from Geiger Cars have chosen the Grand Cherokee SRT, which is already not weak with 344 kW / 468 PS. The tuning brings the 6,4-liter Hemi V8 to a brute output of 525 kW / 718 hp (776 Nm torque). In sports cars worth 3,9 seconds, the off-road vehicle soars from a standing start to 100 km / h and runs a maximum of 295 km / h.
The Munich-based company installed a 2,9-liter compressor on the V8, which, in combination with a charge air cooler and engine processing including piston replacement, as well as software tuning, ensured increased performance. For the improved Grand Cherokee, the importer charges 90.800 euros, which is 6.900 euros more than the standard off-road vehicle according to the Jeep price list - although the tuning actually costs almost 24.000 euros. Because Geiger Cars ordered particularly large quantities of the 468-PS top model, the importer, according to its own statement, offers the Grand Cherokee SRT (European model) without tuning for 66.900 euros.
