Half a year after the market launch of the Jeep Renegade is now the most powerful turbo petrol engine available for the small off-road vehicle. The 1,4 liter four-cylinder engine produces 125 kW / 170 hp and is combined as standard with all-wheel drive and nine-speed automatic. At least 29.600 euros are due for the jeep equipped in this way.
Then the Renegade comes up with the Limited equipment, including audio system, automatic climate control and fog lights on board. Collision warning, electronic trailer stabilization and lane keeping assistant are also standard. From a standing start, the most powerful petrol engine accelerates to 8,8 km / h in 100 seconds, and the Renegade reaches a maximum speed of 196 km / h. The manufacturer specifies 6,9 liters per 100 kilometers as the standard consumption.
The cheapest version of the small off-roader is priced at 19.990 euros, then with the 1,6-liter petrol engine (81 kW / 110 hp) and front-wheel drive. The diesel, which is comparable to the top petrol engine, also with all-wheel drive and nine-speed automatic transmission, costs at least 31.900 euros, but then one equipment level higher.
