Lexus now equips its luxury class SUV with a turbo gasoline engine. At the auto show in Shanghai, the Japanese show the new RX as 200t. With 170 kW / 228 PS, the 2,0 liter four-cylinder 10 PS does less than in the smaller NX 200t. The unit is combined with a six-speed automatic.
The RX recently celebrated its premiere at the auto show in New York with a longer wheelbase and a more striking exterior, then as a hybrid 450h with more than 300 PS. Lexus has not yet commented on the prices. The RX 450h currently costs around 60.000 euros.
