Maserati sends the Levante, the first SUV in the more than 100-year history of the brand on the road. With extensive standard equipment named after a Mediterranean wind Hochbeiner comes in the spring to the dealers. At least 70.500 Euro must be invested.
Always on board are bi-xenon headlights, a two-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery and technical helpers such as blind spot, lane departure warning, Auffahrwarnsystem, reversing camera and an adaptive cruise control system. An adaptive air suspension with electronic damper control, four-wheel drive and eight-speed automatic transmission are standard. The Levante is not only the first SUV of the brand, but can also be the first Maserati optionally equipped with a trailer device.
For the drive are initially two gasoline and a diesel to choose from. The 3,0 liter big V6 gasoline engine offers 257 kW / 350 PS, in the Levante S it comes on 316 kW / 430 PS. The diesel as a three-liter V6 provides 202 kW / 275 PS and should be content with 7,2 liters on 100 kilometers.
