Nissan offers a new engine for the X-Trail. Until now there was only one unit engine with the 1,6 liter diesel and 96 kW / 130 hp. A four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine with 120 kW / 163 hp has now been added. The Nissan X-Trail with the petrol engine can be ordered from 24.750 euros, delivery will start in September.
The new turbo gasoline engine is also used in the smaller Qashqai. In conjunction with front-wheel drive and six-speed manual transmission, it accelerates the X-Trail to 9,7 km / h in 100 seconds. According to the manufacturer, the SUV should manage with 6,2 liters per 100 kilometers. The unit is available with all equipment lines.
