Peugeot streamlines the model range of the RCZ: In future, the sports coupe will only be offered as an RCZ GT-Line with a more dynamic exterior and more equipment. 34.950 euros are due for both the 147 kW / 200 hp 1,6-liter turbo petrol engine and the 2,0-liter diesel with 120 kW / 163 hp, the smaller petrol engine is eliminated.
The sporty look of the powerful RCZ R variant (starting at 42.100 euros) has been taken as a role model and remains in the range. The RCZ GT-Line has, among other things, black exterior mirrors, two-tone 19-inch alloy wheels and two chrome tailpipes. The interior is dominated by dark gray Alcantara and black leather, trimmed with red stitching. The additional equipment includes sports leather steering wheel, bi-xenon headlights and navigation system.
Previously, the RCZ with the two engines and without the special equipment cost 31.700 euros. With its new positioning, it is still exactly 50 euros cheaper than its competitor from Ingolstadt. The base price for the Audi TT is 35.000 euros with the 169 kW / 230 PS petrol engine.
