Porsche is traditionally cautious when it comes to special models. Now the Stuttgart-based company is once again issuing a collector's edition, but without street approval. The 30 GT911 RS Clubsport 2, limited to 25 copies, celebrates Porsche’s longstanding partnership with the Manthey Racing motorsport team, which is celebrating its 25th company anniversary this year.

The racing car was designed and developed jointly by both companies specifically for use on racetracks. Like the Porsche 2018 presented in 935, it is based on the 911 GT2 RS Clubsport and is also powered by a 3,8-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder with 515 kW / 700 hp. The design of the rear-wheel drive sports car picks up on many elements of well-known and future Porsche racing cars, including main racing headlights with a four-stripe design and color accents in the Manthey-typical green “Grello”. Prices start at 525.000 euros; the special model can only be ordered via the email address 911GT2RSClubsport25@porsche.de. The delivery is announced for the beginning of 2022.
