It is December 31st, 2012 - the end of the year is visible and we have all learned that the Majas simply ran out of ink and only because of that their calendar did not go beyond the 21-12-2012.
2013 is just around the corner and 2013 starts with a mega event for me:
MBRT13 - The Mercedes-Benz road trip to Detroit.
You don't go on a road trip alone, you should at least be a couple. In the case of the Mercedes-Benz road trip, however, it doesn't just start for me and a second person on January 8th, but for 10 bloggers. Five of these bloggers come from Germany and another five from all over the world 🙂
Detroit is a worthwhile destination for a real road trip in January, because the NAIAS marks the start of the automobile trade fair year there. So that we 10 bloggers really get something from our road trip, we start as far away as possible, on the west coast of the USA.
When bloggers are traveling, everything is blogged, tweeted and documented with Instagram - so as not to lose the overview, you should remember an abbreviation: # mbrt13

So this year I'm particularly looking forward to New Year's Eve - after that, it's only a week until the 4.000 mile road trip across the USA -
