At the Geneva Motor Show (9 to 19, March 2017), Smart is introducing two new special models. The Fortwo convertible will be shown for the first time as a Brabus Edition #2. In addition, the Forfour debuts in a robustness-suggesting version called Crosstown.
The four-seat smart model Crosstown was beefed up with the urban style package. Among other things, this provides a lower chassis, black-painted 16 inch wheels and tinted rear windows for a more striking appearance. In addition, plastic applications in aluminum look at the front, rear and side sills indicate a robust underrun protection. Offered the Crosstown exclusively with the 66 kW / 90 PS strong Dreizyliner turbo gasoline engine in combination with a manual five-speed transmission. The upscale standard features include climate control, hands-free audio system, leather steering wheel and stainless steel pedals. Prices of the variant available from autumn does not yet call Smart.
Proud 26.750 Euro demands the small car brand for the open Fortwo Brabus Edition #100 limited to 2 vehicles. This special model, which can be ordered from the beginning of March, is characterized by, among other things, a red fabric roof and a red leather interior. 16-inch alloy wheels and suspension lowering provide a sportier touch. In addition, the edition model offers LED daytime running lights, infotainment navigation system, climate control, electric mirrors, seat heating and light and rain sensor.
