On Monday morning, even before the S-Class Cabriolet was presented to the world public, we drove through Frankfurt with this latest luxury convertible. Because the vehicle was needed for the premiere on the following day and because the driving event is still to follow, we were "only" allowed to ride along. A Mercedes-Benz employee drove us through Frankfurt.

455 PS as a basic engine, with this form of modesty, it can live well. The new S-Cabriolet convinces with the greatest possible elegance. Sensual clarity? If this term may be taken out of the drawer again, then only for this car. Automobile? No, the term car is too profane. It has to be an automobile. So much space and time is always available. Four adults travel comfortably to Nice or Monaco with the nicely drawn S-Class Cabriolet. And also from the other side of Europe. If even I, as 120 Kilo Testklotz on the back seat of seating comfort speak, then you probably did not do much wrong with the seats. (Not bitched is enough praise!)
my-car-blog was allowed this test drive in participate in the IAA because Mr. “Dreikommanull”, the valued colleague Marc J. Christiansen was simply not available for his moderation. Sure, the digital artist “Schlörbi” would also have to shoot alone - but also moderate? No chance. And so that I don't become too abusive and because the convertible has four seats, my colleague “Edelfeder Mechthild” also came to the “first exit” in the new convertible!
