While the established teams and vehicles are fighting for a place on the podium at the top of the field, the winning cars of tomorrow will be tested in the VLN Specials X class. The spectators can look forward to the fourth round of the VLN Endurance Championship at two world premieres: Firstly, the new Mercedes-AMG GT3 will be tested under racing conditions for the first time after its presentation at the Geneva Motor Show. With Bernd Schneider, Thomas Jäger (Munich) and Jan Seyffarth (Leimbach) three experienced AMG test and development drivers are taking turns behind the wheel. On the other hand, the new Lexus RC F GT3 on the Nordschleife has to prove its potential in tough competition. This race heralds the Japanese manufacturer's entry into GT3 racing. The first cockpit will be shared between Markus Oestreich (Petersberg), Jordan Tresson (France) and Lorenz Frey (Switzerland), while in a second car, the two Farnbacher brothers Mario and Dominik (Ansbach and Lichtenau) will race together for the first time. Although the SP-X cars make their debut, but that will not diminish the motivation of the teams and drivers - and who knows, maybe it will cause a sensation and one of them immediately brings the victory right away.

The SP9 field will be well filled this time - and as far as the makes are concerned, the usual suspects are again represented: In addition to the two BMW Z4 GT3s by the Walkenhorst team, thanks to Rowe Racing and the Car Collection team, there are also two SLS gullwing models with the party. The Team Phoenix Racing holds up the flags of Ingolstadt with its Audi R8. The GT3 pack is completed by the Porsche 911 from Manthey and Falken Motorsports.

As always, the SP18 class filled with 7 vehicles promises exciting duels.
