Other engines for Octavia and Superb Scout

More performance and lower entry-level prices: Skoda is expanding the range of engines for the Octavia and Superb.

Skoda is expanding the engine range for Octavia and Superb Scout. For its off-road flagship Octavia, the Czechs are now also offering the 2,0 TSI with 206 kW / 280 PS. Interested parties must invest at least 49.430 euros. Alternatively, there is also the 2,0 TDI with 147 kW / 200 PS (from 48.540 euros) for the Superb Scout, which is only available as a station wagon. Both engines are always combined with all-wheel drive and seven-speed dual clutch transmission (DSG).
The Octavia can now be ordered with the 140 kW / 190 PS TSI (from 36.000 euros). This engine is always delivered with all-wheel drive and seven-speed DSG. In addition, Skoda is now adding the 96 kW / 130 PS 1,5 liter TGI as a manual switch to its range. In contrast to the variant with seven-speed DSG, the natural gas drive of the manual switch is also available in the basic "Active" version and costs from 26.740 euros. In the higher comfort levels, the price difference between manual and automatic power transmission is 1.900 euros.
