Aston Martin Zagato Shooting Brake - Limited to 99 pieces

Shooting brake basically means something like "shot rear". It's a very special body variant, more of a coupé with a steeper rear end. In addition, a tailgate as in a station wagon. Now the Shooting Brake variant has also arrived at the British automobile manufacturer Aston Martin. A joint project with Zagato produces 99 Aston Martin Zagato Shooting Brakes.

Aston Martin has been working with Zagato, the Italian design company based near Milan, for more than 50 years. Based on the Aston Martin Vanquish, a limited series of 99 Shooting Brake models will soon be launched.

Before the first model can be seen at the Geneva Motor Show, a video spotter TFJJ caught it on the open road in London. The Aston Martin Vanquish is powered by a 12 liter V6 engine. Depending on the model, this produces between 573 and 603 hp. With the highest horsepower, the Vanquish S has a top speed of 323 km/h and sprints to 3,5 km/h in 100 seconds.
