Audi A3 - Mallorca

The Audi A3 on Mallorca, or how strawberries taste with black olives and basil sorbet.

Audi had invited people, for the first time at a product presentation and then once again for real. With 1.200 journalists, the German bloggers from all areas were no longer a major cost factor and so Audi embarked on the adventure with the unknown species “the bloggers”.

Strawberries on sliced black olives, white chocolate sauce and a basil sorbet on top.

What at first sounds like a killing spree by the kitchen chef should probably be the culinary conclusion to the big dinner evening in honor of the new Audi A3. I'm not a fan of experimental food and a simple bowl of fresh organic strawberries and the topping made from the milk of free-range and happy cows would have been enough for me.

Fortunately, the new Audi A3 is not a rampage by its inventors, but rather the fireworks of progressive model politics in the house of Ingolstadt's ambitious people. Power is nothing without dreams (this slogan is just borrowed for a short time) – has been lived very successfully in Ingolstadt since the times of the “cross-head” Ferdinand Piech, who simply invented the quattro. With each new model generation, a new, ambitious class of automobile nerds emerges who are supposed to ensure the “joy of driving” stay ahead.

Now, a few driving lessons that melted away under the Mallorcan sun like ice cubes on a stove were not much of a revelation - at best a fixation with the drug of premium automotive engineering.

The attempt to let “Jeremy Clarkson” hang out failed miserably due to a microphone coupling - which is why 60 minutes of GoPro indoor recordings will now disappear soundlessly in the archive until one day the dubbed voice of Kermit the Frog, a “best-in-class” Of” will be cut together.

To be used as a teaser for the driving report every time (Malle! - pun - read out loud, then the doorbell rings ..):

The deliberately short and - tried - emotionless first driving impression of me, in word form, is on my page: autofahrer-zeitung.de

There are another trillion driving reports in the largest linkbait in automotive history and a tiny selection of bloggers and their stories about the new Audi A3 on “Malle” now in the list here:

Personally, in addition to the version for the Autofahrer-Zeitung.de, I will possibly put another one on the -Testfahrer.de, but only if I manage - to pack the whole story worthy of 400 words .. i'll try ..

My photos - the good ones and the less good ones, are still on the Facebook page from me …
