With the new service plan "Passeport Tranquillite" it is now even easier for the owners of a Bugatti. From now on, Veyron and Chiron customers can ensure completely worry-free mobility. The offer includes free annual maintenance at an official Bugatti dealer and service partner.
Bugatti Service Plan Passeport Tranquillite
The Passeport Tranquillité covers the life of the vehicle after the standard Bugatti warranty period has expired. Customers will continue to have access to all services to keep their model in top condition.
Personalized service for Veyron and Chiron owners
The service plan "Passeport Tranquillité" for the Veyron is available as a two- or four-year plan. Both options include one service per year at an official Bugatti service partner. This covers all service requirements for the Veyron.
Both the maintenance, which takes around 14 hours, and the maintenance by Bugatti specialists, which takes around 32 hours. These two services alternate annually.
In addition, the program offers Veyron customers the options "Active" and "Collector" and is therefore tailored to the specific needs of their driving habits. Bugatti experts know that the Bugatti Veyron, for example, is now part of a collection rather than being driven regularly. But even hyper sports cars that only cover short distances a year have to be serviced.
Options for collectors and active drivers
The "Collector" option offers a premium service and maintenance package tailored to Veyron models that travel less than 200 kilometers per year. The "Active" option, on the other hand, is intended for active drivers. Both variants ensure that Bugatti drivers can start their Veyron at any time and enjoy it without restrictions.
The Passeport Tranquillité for the Chiron has a term of four years and is designed for the specific service intervals of the model. This plan also provides for a service every year. An annual "Low" service, which takes up to 14 hours of workshop time, and a "Major" service of around 72 hours, which is carried out every four years.
Owners of multiple Bugatti models can purchase a complete package of Passeport Tranquillite that is tailored to all their vehicles.
Exclusive Bugatti service plan extras
In the unlikely event that a Veyron or Chiron should have a mechanical problem, it is also planned for the future that customers can arrange for their vehicle to be transported to an authorized Bugatti service partner with just one phone call.
This service is available XNUMX hours a day, XNUMX days a week, anywhere in the world. The Premium Breakdown Service is offered exclusively to Bugatti owners and allows customers to continue their journey while their Veyron or Chiron is being picked up by a service partner.
Customers are not tied to a specific Bugatti service partner for the duration of their Passeport Tranquillite. The new service plan is already being offered by all official Bugatti partners in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. An expansion to North America is planned for summer 2021.
The Passeport Tranquillite increases the value of the Bugatti
The Passeport Tranquillité is taken out for a Bugatti and not for an owner and is therefore transferred to the new owner when the hyper sports car is sold. This can increase the value of the model and also gives the buyer peace of mind that their newly acquired Veyron or Chiron has been serviced in the past by official and qualified Bugatti technicians.
85-point inspection before issuing the service plan
All Bugatti models for which a Passeport Tranquillité is issued must first pass an extensive 85-point inspection at a Bugatti service partner.
Bugatti Veyron Loyalty Maintenance Program is no longer offered
The previous Bugatti Veyron Loyalty Maintenance Program is no longer available. However, contracts that have already been concluded remain valid. This continues until the original service contract term expires or all applicable services are used.
