Chevrolet Bolt - Ampera-e sibling model priced in

The Chevrolet Bolt will cost 37.495 dollars in the US. Accordingly, 33.547 Euro are due for the American version of the Opel Ampera-e. Thus, the small crossover is significantly more expensive than its main competitor Nissan Leaf, which is available in the US for around 29.000 dollars (just 26.000 Euro). However, the Chevrolet with 238 miles range according to US standard (383 kilometers) is well ahead of its Japanese competitor with 107 miles (172 kilometers). In both cases, the request for state purchase incentives equivalent to 7.500 Dollars (6.710 Euro) is possible.

Conclusion on the price for the beginning 2017 expected Opel Ampera-e does not allow the Chevrolet policy. Car prices reported by the manufacturer in the US are generally much cheaper than in Germany, but they do not include taxes and fees, as they vary by state. (Holger Holzer / SP-X)
