Since 2016, Bosch has been offering apps that make it easier to find a charging station. Now this practical help is integrated into the Clever refueling app.
Bosch and Clever Tanken now offer users of electric cars the opportunity to search for the nearest petrol pump using the Clever Tanken app. The new function called Clever Laden also integrates a simplified billing system: customers can access the 11.500 charging stations in the database via the app, and payment is made using a Pay-Pal account or a credit card stored at Clever Tanken.
In addition to this simplification of access and billing, e-car users benefit from the clear functions of the app when searching for charging points. According to the Federal Association of Energy and Water Management, there are currently good 13.500 publicly accessible charging stations nationwide. The Clever Laden offer thus provides access to around 85 percent of all charging points and also offers a better overview of the charging jungle. Integrated filters sort the search results according to availability, charging power and the required connectors. The Clever Refueling app works for Apple and Android smartphones.
