With a lifeguard showcar based on the pick-up Ranger applies Ford at the Essen Motor Show (26 November to 4 December) its accessories program. The "Ranger Great Barrier Reef Beach Patrol" study, in addition to the strikingly colorful livery, features steel underride protection, ramming bar and intake snorkel, which make the all-wheel drive even more robust in the terrain. Not to be had in the accessories shop of the brand, however, are attached to the roll bar rescue buoys and the large surfboard. Powered by an 147 kW / 200 PS strong five-cylinder diesel. With the offset of the Australian coast in the Gruga halls near Essen-Rüttenscheid single piece Ford also wants to draw attention to the participation of Australian engineers in the pick-up model.
