Happy Birthday - Clint Eastwood
The former mayor of a small town is one of my greatest Hollywood heroes. Films like “A Stranger Without a Name”, “Escape from Alcatraz”, “Honkytonk Man”, “Perfect World”, but also “Space Cowboys” - have made them an actor legend during their lifetime. Not everyone is aware that Clint Eastwood is not only an actor, ex-mayor and swimming instructor, but in many cases also the director of the films he starred in.
Among other things, he is responsible for last year's hit movie “J.Edgar” as a director and as a composer - and as a producer. Clint Eastwood is a man of action, a big screen hero, and actor who I really enjoyed in all of his roles.
Born in San Francisco in 1930, Dirty Harry will be 82 years old today - and I sincerely hope for him that the first half is only over.

And now to the question, which this blog has to be about, which car is right for a man like Clint Eastwood? Not least thanks to the terrific SuperBowl advertisement, of course we immediately think of a Chrysler. But that can only be a Chrysler from the golden age of US automakers - certainly not a current Chrysler.
A Gran Torino?
His charismatic teammate from the film of the same name? No. Much too big, too heavy. It should be a car, tough, sporty, wiry - reliable and at the same time with a hard outer shell, but warm inner values.
