World premiere at the IAA: the new Opel Astra
Adam Opel AG celebrates the at one of the most important auto shows in the world, the IAA in Frankfurt am Main World premiere of the new Opel Astra, The new Astra is not only lighter and more efficient than its predecessors, the latest Opel compact class also increases the level of the entire segment in terms of driver assistance systems and comfort. Other innovations and vehicle variants from Opel will also be presented at the IAA.

The fifth generation Astra wants to shine ahead of the competition: for the first time, LED matrix light is available in the compact class, the high beam of which automatically hides oncoming cars. The Rüsselsheimer is also more dynamic than its predecessor and wants to score with more economical engines. It will be available on October 10th at prices starting at 17.260 euros, and the 74 kW / 100 hp 1,4-liter petrol engine is available for the money.
And in addition, the Opel Astra Tourer, the estate version of the compact from Rüsselsheim, will celebrate its world premiere!
