Laguna Seca is waiting

On the weekend it goes to the USA, the Racetrack of Laguna Seca wait for me. And with it the world famous Corkscrew Corner. Hardly any other curve is more famous and notorious. Actually, I've driven this curve more than 500 times. Relaxed. With cars like a Porsche GT3 and also with a smart - but only really. Always purely virtual. Because different from that Nurburgring or Hockenheim, or Ascari, I know the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca only from the XBox console and the racing game Forza.

On Sunday I will drive this curve live, in real life, in such a completely real way for the first time. My tension can hardly be put into words. I’m really looking forward to this appointment.

The curve device:

We will pilot the new Mercedes-AMG GT over the course. I'm still wondering what will be cooler that the corkscrew will enter for the first time, or to experience the sound of the new 4 liter V8-Bi-Turbo in the interior of the new Stuttgart athlete? And what happens when I combine the two? Hot tip on my part: Stay online this weekend - there is a #day for the event: #amggt.

So - keep your eyes open and the browser in the direction Twitter, Instagram and Facebook!
