More is more: the new BMW 3 Gran Turismo

It's a coupe. No, it's a full-size sedan. No, it's a station wagon. Yes, what now? It's the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo. This vehicle combines the best of all. Within three years it has become a fixture in the middle class and this is also evident in the various sales markets. Now BMW is clearly sportier with the new model and the engine range of three petrol and five diesel units offers noticeably more power. All are charged by turbo and are up to 14 percent more economical. Inside, the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo impresses with its high-quality materials, the new user interface of the Professional navigation system from the luxury class, and an even better connection to smartphones.
With the plus of 200 mm in length compared to the sedan, the GT almost reaches the ranks of the upper-class sedans. This impression is also reinforced by the new design at the front and rear. The new standard LED headlights for dipped and main beam and the LED fog lights are also much more dynamic. The vehicle is visually wider on the road. The rear view is also more powerful with modified LED taillights and sweeping, defined lines. There are also clear changes in the interior: more chrome around the controls in the interior, new decorative wood, colors and leather upholstery increase the quality; Haptics and ergonomics have been improved again. Sportiness paired with the elegance of a coupé, comfort thanks to four doors, a seat position raised by 59 millimeters with an excellent all-round view and a generous impression of space are convincing. In addition, under the large tailgate there is a trunk with a volume of 520 to 1.600 liters and which is very variable.
