Especially when you consider that the Mitsubishi Space Star is equipped with a CVT transmission and does not even bring so bad performance on the road. But how was that? A CVT transmission? Exactly! This is an infinitely variable automatic transmission, which prevents jerking jerks and thus offers a high level of comfort in the city - in the area in which one would switch frequently with a manual transmission. Stepless means that the transmission permanently varies the overall ratio. This is not the last word for long motorway journeys, but it is ideal for driving to school, the supermarket or just to get from A to B in a metropolis like Berlin.
