The Korean manufacturer Hyundai has revised the iX20. Visually, it differs from its predecessor by a larger grille and a new headlight design. In conjunction with the 1,4-liter entry-level gasoline engine and 66 kW / 90 hp, the minivan is available from 15.690 euros.
In addition to the basic unit, there is a further gasoline engine and two diesel to choose from. The top motorization reaches 92 kW / 125 PS. The power transmission is carried out by a five-speed or six-speed manual transmission, which has automatic start-stop as standard. The large 1,6-liter petrol engine is also optionally available with a six-speed automatic.
In addition to the basic version, the ix20 is also available in three additional equipment lines (Classic, Trend, Style). The minivan is always on board with central locking, CD radio, on-board computer, power windows in the front and a height-adjustable driver's seat.
At the start, the Koreans are launching two special models. From 18.100 euros, the ix20 Yes! Silver available. This is based on the second equipment line Classic and has, among other things, 16-inch alloy wheels, rear parking aid, heated seats in the front, a heated leather steering wheel, light sensor, daytime running lights and fog lights on board. The manufacturer gives the customer advantage at 560 euros.
If you opt for the Gold Package, you will also receive electrically folding exterior mirrors, a cruise control system, automatic climate control and a navigation system with a reversing camera. The Hyundai ix20 Yes! Gold starts at 20.100 euros and is said to offer a price advantage of 1.055 euros.
