News: Opel Karl - economy model with start-stop technology

The Opel Karl is now available with a start-stop system on request. As a result, as well as through low-friction tires and optimized aerodynamics, the standard consumption of the 55 kW / 75 hp three-cylinder petrol engine drops from 4,5 to 4,1 liters of Super per 100 kilometers. This corresponds to a reduction in CO2 emissions from 104 to 94 grams. The surcharge for the fuel-saving technology is 450 euros. The cheapest fuel-saving model of the small car (“Selection” equipment line) thus costs 9.950 euros.
