As a rolling high-tech office presents a study of the Peugeot Traveler at the Geneva Motor Show (3 to 13, March). The concept car called "i-Lab" is to show the potential of the new minibus model and not least also advertise the commercial vehicle developed together with its sister company Citroen and Toyota.
Externally, the 4,96 meter long minibus remains largely faithful to the production model. Inside, however, four individual seats are grouped behind the driver's compartment around an oversized touchscreen table. To match, Samsung has developed four smartphones that allow passengers to network with the vehicle. Also on board is a virtual reality helmet. The whole thing is garnished with highlights from the equipment list of the model, which includes xenon lights, reversing cameras and an emergency braking system for city traffic.
Another aspect of the minibus wants to illuminate corporate sister Citroen in Geneva with the study Hyphen: The Citroen Spacetourer called model is in the concept vehicle variant as an adventure mobile with robust planking and retrofit four-wheel drive. The trio, which also includes the Toyota ProSace, will hit the market in the first half of the year. Prices are not known yet.
