The traffic jam pilot for the Nissan Qashqai, which has been announced for a long time, is now available. The comfort gain costs less than 1.000 euros surcharge.
SP-X / Brühl. The Nissan Qashqai is now partially automated on request. A driver assistance system named “Pro Pilot” is designed to relieve the driver in stop-and-go traffic on motorways; it automatically keeps the vehicle on track, keeps its distance from the vehicle in front, brakes and starts again. The technology is available for a surcharge of 900 euros from the medium equipment line "N-Connecta", in higher quality versions it is standard.
The Pro Pilot is already known from the Leaf electric car. With the Qashqai, it had already been announced at the facelift in summer 2017, but has so far not been available.
