Tire recall

A sudden loss of pressure can occur in tires of the Continental and General Tire brands. Customers should now exchange the tires for intact copies.

Due to possible production errors, Continental is recalling 822 tires in Europe. In the Continental and General Tire models produced in 2018 and 2019, there may be a sudden loss of air. According to the manufacturer, no reports of accidents due to the error are known. In Germany, the following types are affected: "Continental PremiumContact 6 SSR *" (size 315/35 R22 111Y XL, DOT serial numbers: A3RR D7VC 5118, tire shape number: 416190) and "General Tire GRABBER AT3 LT" (size 235 / 85 R16 120/116 S, DOT serial numbers: A30R HMRA 0819, tire mold number: 416165). The tires are replaced free of charge at the dealer.
